Construction conditions：

1.Please stir well before use;
2.Please refer to "construction technology instruction" to remove oil, degrease and dust before use.
3.Please use the suitable strainer screen for filtration.
4.For performance testing, please bake at 65±5℃×2H condition or let it stay in room temperature for 168 hours, then process after cooling for 30 minutes.
5.Due to the different types and forming conditions of the rubber, please confirm it fully before using the coating to ensure its adaptability.
6.When the humidity is too high, besides adding the necessary anti white solvent, it is suggested that put into the bake road or oven to prevent blushing.
7.The coating should not be too thin and too thick, too thin to protect the film, it is easy to get bad adhension and bubble etc if it is too thick.
8.7. When the hardener is opened, please seal it in time so as not to react with the moisture in the air.
9.The proportion of the main paint and the hardener must be weighed accurately.
10.The main paint and hardener were mixed well, must be finished it within 4 hours under room temperature, otherwise easy to get gelling, The higher environment temperature, the shorter time can be used.
11.The gun of the spraying double liquid coating must be cleaned every hour in order to prevent the clogging. At the same time, the pipe and the gun must be washed with the washing gun solvent.
12.According to the different types of products, it is necessary to pack the packing after complete drying. If there is a re-coating requirement, please inform us in advance, and we will give professional guidance.
